Principal photography was completed on the Millennium Films production of Mechanic Resurrection in Thailand in 2015.
Jason Statham reprises his title role as Arthur Bishop, the master assassin who faked his death in an attempt to walk away from his former profession in order to lead a peaceful and quiet retirement.
It’s a big step up in scale and scope for this sequel, which spans four continents. The Mechanic thought he’d escaped his former deadly life and disappeared. But now somebody’s found him, and kidnapped the woman he loves. Neither one of them will get out alive unless he completes a diabolical list of assassinations of the most dangerous men in the world.
Joining Statham in the cast are Jessica Alba (“Sin City,” “Machete”), Michelle Yeoh (“Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”) and Academy Award-winner Tommy Lee Jones (“The Homesman,” “Lincoln,” “Men in Black”).
De Warrenne Pictures Co. Ltd. handled all production services for Millennium Films for the shooting in Thailand. Company founder Tom Waller served as Line Producer of Mechanic: Resurrection.
